Camp ASCCA is more than fun and games. We also understand the importance of learning. We expressed the importance of educating our staff, but what about our campers? They learn from watching and interacting with counselors and other campers but they also learn from our activities. The two features for today: nature and garden!
In our nature activity campers learn tree identification. They take sample of leaves and learn cool texture and paint ideas! The paintings turned out bright and colorful in everyone’s unique own way.
In our garden activity, our campers get to pick out seed packets and plant their choice in Camp ASCCA’s very own garden. Afterwards campers get to chow down on some tasty watermelon!
