Our Camp pond today was full of smiles and laughter. We had the giant swing and fishing open, so we had many campers wanting to try both. The big swing sits right by the pond, and campers get to see the entire pond from up in the air when they get the chance to swing. Fishing is not far from the giant swing, so campers can see their friends while fishing at the fishing dock.
Both activities were filled with campers, and they all enjoyed their morning spent at the pond. The excitement of taking turns on the swing had everyone cheering each other on. At the fishing dock, campers showed off their fishing skills, helping one another with bait and casting techniques. The atmosphere was vibrant and cheerful, making it a memorable day for everyone involved.
As the morning drew to a close, laughter and stories flowed freely, with each camper excitedly recounting their favorite moments. The bonds formed today would surely linger long after they left the pond where most of them decided to spend the rest of their mornings in Arts and Crafts. It was amazing to see new friendships form through the pond activities.
