The AT&T Pioneer Volunteers, Alabama Chapter, recently made a generous donation to Camp ASCCA, and we are incredibly grateful for their support. Their contribution included storage bins, mesh zipper pouches, hammocks, and a wide variety of arts & crafts supplies that will be used throughout our summer sessions.
The storage bins and mesh pouches will play an important role in helping our med passers stay organized and efficient during medication distribution. The hammocks will give campers a comfortable place to relax and connect with their counselors at the OutPost—one of their favorite spots at Camp. The arts & crafts supplies will be used across all seven weeks of summer camp, giving campers countless opportunities to express themselves creatively. Arts & crafts is always a highlight, as campers love showcasing their imagination and taking pride in what they create.
We are truly blown away by this generosity. Donations like this directly support our programs and enhance the experience for children and adults with disabilities who call Camp ASCCA home each summer. For 50 years, we have been uplifted by the kindness of our community, and it is because of that continued support that we have been able to grow, thrive, and make a lasting impact.
